The domain address ITVNews.co.uk is an active pixel advertising site aimed at selling pixel advertising space to insurance companies and insurance brokers. All prices are displayed in GB Pounds; however, payment can be made in any of the displayed currencies.

Your credit card will be debited at the time of the final selection of squares that you have chosen and you will have a hyperlink pasted to the pixels you have chosen.

We want you to be completely happy with our service and are eager to resolve problems. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 3 working days. Contact Customer Services giving us as much detail of your requirement or problem as soon as possible.

Pixel advertising is subject to availability of pixels. If we do not supply the pixels you have selected for any reason, we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we do not supply them. Except as specifically stated on this website, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither ITVNews.co.uk a trading division of Bubble Burst Creative Ventures Limited nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, ITVNews.co.uk is a trading division of Bubble Burst Creative Ventures Limited and it does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of ITVNews.co.uk its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.

We reserve the right to change the price of pixels for new customers at any time however existing customer will not be affected. The price paid is the price that is current at the time of purchase. .

Should, upon your order being accepted, it is later found there is a problem with your credit / debit card, we have the right to cancel the order without explanation and refuse further orders.

Any logo supplied by you for the site must be non-animated (animated logos slow the site down considerably).

Currently Pixels are charged out at one penny per pixel for a 12 month advertising period from the date of accepting the order. One square on the home page is composed of 10 x10 pixels (100 pixels). The minimum purchase is 50 squares (5,000 pixels) that cost £50.00 however, the more pixels you select the more you pay. You can only select pixels that have not been taken. You decide upon the size and position of your advert. No overlap of pixel adverts will be allowed. The squares chosen will then be hyperlinked to your chosen URL / website.

Only FSA Authorised insurance company's or brokers can advertisers. The FSA (Financial Services Authority) is the independent regulator set up by Government to look after the financial services industry and protect consumers.

Logos (GIF / JPEG) pasted on this site are resized in order to fit the number of squares chosen. We do have a magnification viewer to help you find your squares. You can place your advert in any position on the page. You can only have squares that are available and so in a fashion this means buying advertising on a first come first served basis. Remember this is a new novel funky way to advertise your website and get visitors to it. It’s also a bit of good fun because it’s cheap.

By paying for advertising you exclusively guarantee you have all necessary permissions to place the logo on this site. However if your logo is offensive, embarrassing or rude in any way, we have the right to remove it immediately and there will be no refund. We will not be responsible for infringing any Intellectual Property or Copyright of any logo you place on this site. Permission to link to your company website is automatically given by you to us when you buy squares from us. We can not be held liable for the permission to link to your company website from this site once you have bought the pixel advertising space.

Purchase of squares on our website does not mean you own any part of the website, but you are allowed the right to submit an image and hyperlink which will be placed on this site in good faith. Once image and hyperlink are accepted and put on site, there will be no refund.

This site will be active from September 2006 to August 2010, a period of 4 years and then it will be reviewed. Only FSA Authorised insurance companies or brokers can advertise on this website which is aimed at the general public seeking to learn about or buy Insurance. In the event the website may need to be maintained or if any problems arise with the website hosting service, we will endeavour to ensure it is up and running again as soon as possible.

Payment is via PayPal (you can use any credit / debit card).To pay via PayPal please click on the Buy Now button and you will be redirected to the PayPal site to pay via a secure server. As soon as funds are cleared your advert is activated however if demand is high there may be a slight delay of a few days waiting for clearance of funds. It will be active as soon as is practical. All advertising lasts 12 calendar months from the date funds have been cleared.

You will receive automatic email renewal notices to your recorded email address in stages. The first renewal reminder is two months from advert end date and finally one month from advert end date. We recommend you renew as soon as possible to keep your chosen advert position. After the advertising end date has passed at midnight of that day, the space becomes available on a first come first served basis.

These terms and conditions do not override our or your rights by law to pursue any avenue we decide upon under English law; they also do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All rights reserved.
